ABOUT BALANCE SYSTEMS
Balance Systems, S.p.A has
its management and plant located in the industrial belt of Milan, Italy
and distributes its own products in industrialized countries all over
the world.
Balance Systems designs and builds automatic balancing and
testing machines for inspection and production, of mechanical parts like
small rotors and armatures. Now, Balance Systems has a tool balancing
machine BB2000 that is a bench top model, a small portable unit BB1000
that has the ability to provide analysis at the machine, and a combination
of the two where the portable unit interfaces with the bench top model
to perform balancing procedures in the tool crib or can be carried to
the machine for spindle analysis and or corrections.

Best Balance 2000
Bench type tool balancing machine with user friendly software that performs
multiple balancing functions, including segmental balancing, weight correction,
eccentric rings, and metal removal. The Best Balance 2000 offers adapters
for ISO 30, 40, 45, 50, HSK 32, 40, 50, 63, 100. Others available upon
request.
Characteristics:
ISO, HSK and other tool holders
Unbalance measuring resolution 0,1gmm
Displays the maximum allowed working rpm for the classes from G1 to G16
according to the ISO 1940 Standards, for the correct use of the tool-holder

Best Balance 1000
A Portable vibration measuring device for checking the vibrations caused
by the tool, tool holder and spindle assembly with local correction of
unbalance. The BEST BALANCE 1000 is a portable device which may be used
to balance any rotating body – such as grinding wheels, pulleys,
fans, motors, etc – in the workshop.
